TOUR CHANGE, TRANSFER OR CANCELLATION POLICY
The policy is applied to Lucky Star Travel's group tours and individual tours. For private group tours, it will be specifically stipulated in the contract when working with the Customer depending on the nature of the group
1. Change passenger name
Customers are free to change the name of the Member participating in the Tour before Lucky Star Travel performs any of the services related to the Tour.
If after the above deadline, Lucky Star Travel will re-check the information of related services to notify the Customer of the possible changes, the difference in fees incurred and the payment deadline. After the notified deadline, the Customer does not fully pay the difference in fees incurred or there is no other notice, Lucky Star Travel is understood that the Customer has given up on changing the Member name. Lucky Star Travel will record the Member information according to the initial registration.
2. Transfer or Cancel Tour
In case the Customer transfers or cancels the tour:
In case of Transfer or Cancellation of a tour on a normal day, the Customer shall pay the Transfer/Cancellation Fee corresponding to the time of request for transfer or cancellation of the tour as follows:
30 days or more before the Departure Date: 10% of the tour price
20 to 29 days before the Departure Date: 25% of the tour price
10 to 19 days before the Departure Date: 50% of the tour price
5 to 9 days before the Departure Date: 90% of the tour price
5 days or less before the Departure Date: 100% of the tour price
When a VISA has been granted or an air ticket has been issued, regardless of the time and for any reason, Party A shall pay 100% of the tour price
In case of Transfer or Cancellation of a tour for Holidays and Tet, the Customer shall pay the Transfer/Cancellation Fee corresponding to the time of request for transfer or cancellation of the tour in advance as follows:
45 days or more before departure date: Pay 10% of tour price
30 to 44 days before departure date: Pay 25% of tour price
16 to 29 days before departure date: Pay 50% of tour price
15 days or less before departure date: Pay 100% of tour price
Once a visa has been granted or a flight ticket has been issued, at any time and for any reason, Party A will pay 100% of the tour price
Promotional tours (purchased under promotional programs, at fairs, discounted) are not refundable for any reason.
Holiday and New Year tours are tours that take place on one of the holidays and New Year according to the State's regulations.
The time to request to change or cancel the tour with advance notice is calculated in working days.
In case one or some members of the group cannot participate in the Tour Program due to visa refusal, the Customer has the right to request Lucky Star Travel to cancel the tour for these members and must fully pay Lucky Star Travel all costs incurred related to this member, including visa application fees and other costs incurred. If the Customer cancels the tour with the remaining members, he/she will have to pay 100% of the tour price for each member according to regulations.
In case Lucky Star Travel transfers or cancels the tour:
Due to the nature of the group of individual guests, Lucky Star Travel will collect the minimum number of guests (minimum 15 guests) to depart on schedule. If the number is less than 15 guests, Lucky Star Travel is responsible for notifying the Customer before the departure date and agreeing with the Customer on a new departure date.
If Lucky Star Travel cannot depart on the departure date specified in Appendix 1 and the Customer does not agree to re-negotiate a new departure date, Lucky Star Travel will refund all the money the Customer has paid.
